Waterford Institute was honored Friday as one of the top places to work along Utah's Wasatch front by The Salt Lake Tribune based on feedback from employees in a survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics for its 2015 Top Workplaces award. Waterford was awarded the recognition based on a workplace culture with high results in organizational health based on alignment, execution, connection and other criteria.

Since January 2014, Waterford Institute has experienced a 119 percent employee and staff increase along with a more than 200 percent increase in interns and contractors. The success of the popular UPSTART program over the past year was in large part due to the hard work of 42 devoted interns.
