The two companies said they will work together to build out their complementary SOA Governance product and service offerings into industry sectors including Government, Financial services and Telecoms. Vordel said its products provide governance, acceleration, integration, and security for SOA and Cloud Computing. Spike Reply has established a SOA Center of Excellence division to assist its Customers exploit the opportunities presented by adopting a SOA-based approach to their business processes.
