The Electrical Safety Authority is notifying the public that Vivitar has announced a voluntary corrective action program for the following consumer product.

Hazard: A limited number of Vivitar Wifi Bulbs, Model LB-60-FR (SKN#681066305895) may have been incorrectly labeled.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using this product immediately and contact Vivitar to receive a prepaid envelope to return the product in order to receive a full refund.
