Vinculum Communications Selects NetSapiens' SNAPsolution(TM) for Hosted IP PBX and Pre-Paid Solutions

MIAMI BEACH, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- NetSapiens(R), Inc., announces today at Intele-CardExpo, Miami, that Vinculum Communications Inc., a San Diego-based, 214-licensed international long-distance carrier, has chosen NetSapiens' SNAPsolution for their Hosted PBX and Pre-Paid calling card solution. Vinculum is able to offer multiple VoIP (Voice over IP) services to small- and medium-sized businesses on NetSapiens' single platform, which includes NetSapiens' developed IP multimedia platform, third-party hardware, and NetSapiens' systems integration. NetSapiens provides this end-to-end, fully tested, and integrated solution to enable competitive providers like Vinculum to quickly deploy services for increased revenue.

NetSapiens' core technology is comprised of the application platform, softswitch, and operations platform. Vinculum's product, VinTalk, uses this technology to offer feature-rich Hosted IP PBX services to small- and medium-sized businesses. Some features include unified messaging, Find Me/Follow Me functionality, and E-911 support. VinTalk Pre-Paid calling offers many advantages, including high quality voice with no international post-dial delays and low rates.

"We are very pleased with the capabilities and level of support we have received from the NetSapiens team," said Peter Llewellyn, Chief Technology Officer, Vinculum Communications. "They have been able to customize their platform so that we can offer multiple applications with our Hosted PBX and pre-paid services. The flexibility of their platform and their ability to deliver has helped us meet our business goals and provide reliable and efficient communication services to corporations, resellers, and end-users both internationally and domestically."

"Our work with Vinculum is a perfect example of how NetSapiens is unique in this industry," said Fredy Zuercher, Vice President of Systems Integration, NetSapiens. "In essence, we have become an engineering arm of Vinculum's organization. We are able to take our IP multimedia platform, modify it, and add features, and integrate this with third-party technology such as IP gateways and phones, so that our customers have a truly customized solution."
