[November 26, 2009] 'Velcom launches 'Salute of Minutes' tariff plan' Tweet (DMeurope Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Belarusian mobile operator Velcom has launched the 'Salute of Minutes', a promotional postpaid plan aimed at consumers who wish to make many calls to national numbers during the winter holiday. For BYR 11.90 per month, users get 1000 minutes for calls to all networks equally distributed during a five-month period upon subscribing, another 60 minutes per month for calls to all networks, calls to three on-net favourite numbers for BYR 49 per minute, on-net calls at BYR 99 per minute and SMS at BYR 130 per unit.
