UTZ Technologies Inc. Requests New Name and Cusip Change

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- UTZ Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:UTZE) announces name and cusip change. The resolution to change the UTZ Technologies, Inc. name was attributed to the Company's first targeted takeover and to show name recognition in South America.

Dennis Curtis, CEO of UTZ Technologies, Inc. announced today, the filing of Amendment to the Company's Certificate of Incorporation. The purpose of the Amendment, Mr. Curtis, continued, changes the name of the Company to PhoneBrasil International, Inc. and increases the authorized capital of the Company to 30,000,000 Common Shares. While, presently, there are only 718,000 Common Shares issued and outstanding, the increase in capitalization and the name change were necessary not only to effectuate the consummation of the acquisition of PhoneBrasil, the exciting provider of VOIP services in Brazil, but to provide the Company with sufficient unissued shares to accommodate the Company's stated policy of growth from within and through acquisitions.

The Company has elected to conduct a name change to more accurately reflect its current business concentration in the new growth field they are immediately merging to. As a function of the Company's intended name change, UTZE is required to secure a new CUSIP number, which has already taken place, and file an information statement, as well as distribute the information statement to its shareholders. UTZE has filed and dispersed the information stated as previously mentioned.
