UpCode and Telefonica are Announcing Their Partnership With Movistar UpCode BiDi Codes in ArgentinaLOS ANGELES, September 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Telefonica, the leading private company in the global telecommunications market has launched an innovative campaign enabled by UpCode Mobile Access and Interaction (MAI)(TM). Software that will allow Movistar mobile users full interaction with their handsets with traditional media.
