United States : ACENTIA buys OPTIMOS [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) To build up Acentia s information technology solutions capabilities, Acentia has purchased Optimos. The deal was concluded on Oct. 17. With the deal, Acentia becomes a prime contractor on the Homeland Security s EAGLE II contract vehicle.
