Martin joins from Sweett Group, where he was a Director of Project Management with a focus in the retail-led developer market. In his 11 years at Sweett, Martin was involved in a variety of retail led urban regeneration projects, both in the UK and abroad. Martin has been brought in to boost the commercial development project management team in London, with a focus on further developing the team's exposure to the retail developer market. Martin also sits on the BCSC technical committee and will be presenting at the International Council of Shopping Centre's property school this year (2014).
