Parade, featuring cars, floats, horses, marching bands, wagons and tractors, 10 a.m. today. The parade forms at Amboy Middle School, 22115 N.E. Chelatchie Road, and ends at Amboy Territorial Park. Carnival, opening at noon today and Sunday When: Today and Sunday. The park opens at 8 a.m. both days. Where: Amboy Territorial Park, 21400 N.E. 399th St., Amboy. Others include the 4th Plain International Food Festival, the latest exhibit at the White Sturgeon Art Gallery and the Portland Historic Races. 1. Treats at heart of food fest A variety of ethnic foods from restaurants and markets along the Fourth Plain corridor will be available for sampling at today's 4th Plain International Food Festival. Visitors can also browse arts and crafts created by local artisans, and children's activities and live music will be offered. When: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. Exhibit spotlights arts group The High Fiber Diet arts group takes center stage in the latest exhibit at the Water Resources Education Center's White Sturgeon Art Gallery. The group of artists from southern Washington and Oregon's Willamette Valley will display quilts that interpret landscapes and river scenes from a bird's-eye view. Porcelain and stoneware by Washington artist Richard Roth will also be on display. The exhibit opens today and continues through Aug. 28. Event: Reception, 2-5 p.m. today. Racing into history The Portland Historic Races feature more than 250 historical race cars, which have all been restored to the original racing condition.
