Transocean Ltd. Announces First Quarter 2012 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call Information

ZUG, SWITZERLAND, Apr 18, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) (SIX: RIGN) said it plans to report earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2012, on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 2, 2012, following the close of trading on the NYSE.

The company will conduct a teleconference call at 10:00 a.m. EDT (4:00 p.m. CEST) on Thursday, May 3, 2012. Individuals who wish to participate in the teleconference call should dial +1 800-768-6563 or +1 785-830-7991 and refer to confirmation code 9219164 approximately five to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the call.

In addition, the conference call will be simulcast through a listen-only broadcast over the Internet and can be accessed by logging onto the company's website address at www.deepwater.com and selecting "Investor Relations." It may also be accessed at www.CompanyBoardroom.com by typing in the company's NYSE trading symbol, "RIG." A telephonic replay of the conference call should be available after 1:00 p.m. EDT (7:00 p.m. CEST) on May 3, 2012, and can be accessed by dialing +1 719-457-0820 or +1 888-203-1112 and referring to the passcode 9219164. Also, a replay will be available through the Internet and can be accessed by visiting either of the above-referenced website addresses. Both replay options will be available for approximately 30 days.
