Transmit Security Wins FT Future of FinTech Innovation Award


Transmit Security, the programmable authentication company, today announced it has won the first annual Financial Times (News - Alert) (FT) Future of Fintech Innovation Award for its ability to create lasting change in the financial services sector on a global scale. The company was selected from more than 200 entrants spanning the fintech sector and the world. Transmit Security will formally announce its new approach to omni-channel authentication in 2017.

"Based on conversations with hundreds of the world's leading banks and enterprises, we've developd a technology platform that will disrupt the current approach to authentication and authorization across the web, mobile, call center and brick and mortar channels that organizations use to service their constituents."



The FT Future of Fintech awards, which will be presented annually, were decided on by a judging panel comprising Patrick Jenkins and Martin Arnold, both of the FT; Bob Collymore, chief executive of Safaricom; Anshu Jain, the former Deutsche Bank head who is now an adviser to McKinsey Global Institute; Ricardo Perez, a professor at Madrid's Instituto de Empresa; and Kosta Peric from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
