Total's top manager can become its CEO(Trend News Agency (Azerbaijan) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Baku, Azerbaijan, Oct. 22 Trend: Patrick Pouyanne, the president of refining and chemicals division at French oil company Total, will be appointed the company’s CEO, TASS news agency reported citing French financial newspaper Les Echos on Oct. 22. The company’s board of directors is scheduled to hold a meeting Oct. 22, to discuss the issue of choosing a candidate for the position of the Total chief executive officer. Previous Total CEO, Christophe de Margerie was killed on Oct. 21 in a plane crash at a Moscow’s Vnukovo airport.
