TMC to Expand on the Success of Social CRM Expo-East Coast Premiere this February
NORWALK, Conn. --(Business Wire)--
TMC (News - Alert) today announced that Social
CRM Expo is returning to ITEXPO (News - Alert) on February 2-4, 2011 in the Miami
Beach Convention Center. Following a successful launch in Los Angeles,
Social CRM Expo has been enhanced, by featuring more social CRM focused
exhibitors and a concentrated conference program that delves deeper into
methods of using this tool.
Attendees will learn how social media applications can help companies
increase customer communications, enhance their brands, and improve
overall customer satisfaction.
