Technology Capital Investors acquires Savid Technologies

Feb 14, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Technology Capital Investors (TCI) has acquired Savid Technologies, Inc., a provider of Information Technology (IT) security services. Both the entities are based in the US.

TCI is an investment group that manages and invests in IT outsourcing and cloud computing companies.

Under the terms of the agreement, Savid Technologies will join TCI's portfolio of high-performance managed service provider (MSP) partners.

WhiteFox Marketing and Communications acted as PR advisor to Savid Technologies.
