Teacher, ex-pastor facing child porn charges to make court appearance [Orlando Sentinel :: ](Orlando Sentinel (FL) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) July 24--A Volusia County teacher and former youth pastor accused of having thousands of child pornography images -- including some he produced -- is slated to make an appearance in Orlando federal court this morning. Matthew Graziotti, an elementary teacher at Warner Christian Academy in South Daytona, was arrested earlier this month after FBI agents found child pornography on his laptop, court records said. Graziotti, 42, was suspended from the private school the day of his arrest. An undercover agent using a peer-to-peer file sharing program downloaded about 140 child pornography images and videos from Graziotti in May, court records said. When agents searched Graziotti's house and laptop, a forensic examiner found more than 8,700 images in one of his computer folders, many of which depicted boys being sexually abused, records said. The examiner discovered Graziotti created 41 subfolders titled with different boys' names in one folder called "personally known." Pictures of Graziotti abusing a boy in his living room was discovered in one of those folders, court records said. Graziotti faces charges of production, distribution and possession of child pornography.
