How will you ensure that restaurants do not have to bear the brunt of the so called cultural brigade's opposition to Valentine's Day celebrations?

Valentine's Day is one occasion which sees Shiv Sena, Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh and Bajrang Dal create useless hue and cry about westernisation of Indian culture.

Though there has been a perceptible change in the outlook of people compared to last year, yet the security arrangements in all the restaurants and hotels have been tightened to prevent any untoward incident.

Have you taken any help from the administration in case of emergency situations?

In order to be on the safer side the association has requested the administration for support. In case there is any sort of commotion, the restaurants or hotels will immediately contact the local police for help.

Which cities are most likely to be targeted by anti-social elements on February 14?

In Uttar Pradesh cities like Kanpur, Lucknow, Varanasi and Allahabad are the worst affected on V-Day. Nevertheless, this time we don't expect any sort of disturbance.

Does the association have an insurance provision to safeguard the interest of its members in case of mob violence?

Insurance depends upon an individual, i.e. the owners of a particular restaurant or hotel. Normally most of the restaurants and hotels are insured so as to make up for the losses incurred in case there is any commotion.
