STG Awarded Consular Affairs Software Engineering BPA
RESTON, Va. --(Business Wire)--
STG, Inc. (STG) has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement with the
Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs to provide Development,
Modernization, and Enhancement (DME) support. STG will support all
phases of the software development life cycle, including operation
support services on this 5-year contract, which includes 1 base year and
4 option years.

software engineering capabilities for the development and modernization
of mission critical consular applications," said Mark Jendzejec, STG

State Department with unparalleled solutions to streamline and innovate
its passport, visa, and overseas citizen applications."
The Office of Consular Systems and Technology coordinates applicatin
development and support for the Department's consular applications-from
concept to development to production. The DME vehicle will allow CST to
procure software engineering services to enhance these mission-critical
consular applications.
Team STG will leverage best practices including CMMI, Agile (News - Alert) software
development, service-oriented architecture (SOA), enterprise
architecture, ITIL-rated personnel, and ISO-certified processes to
deliver proven, repeatable solutions to work within the Department's
unique environment.
