Start up Conference Insights 2015 Announces World-Class Speaker Line upNICOSIA, Cyprus, March 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cypriot Enterprise Link (CEL), a youth-led organisation focused on supporting local start up talent and innovation, is proud to announce its latest event, Insights Conference, which is taking place on 28th-29th March 2015 at the Filoxenia Conference Centre in Nicosia, Cyprus. This is the second instalment of Insights, which was a hugely successful initiative in September 2013. Inspired by the success and overwhelmingly positive feedback from the last Insights conference, which had over 400 attendees and was sponsored by Yahoo Developer's and Amazon Web Services, this time the team has come back with a bigger and better event. With over 30 speakers from all over the world (UK, USA, Israel, France, Sweden, Greece and Cyprus) the two-day conference will be providing a number of keynote talks, debates and discussions from leading companies such as Braintree, StreetHub, Prozone Sports, Onefinestay and Accredible. The event includes in-depth workshops covering topics as varied as user testing, API integration, IP protection and search engine optimisation as well as skills labs covering business model canvas and raising funding, and discussion panels on dsign and internationalisation of business. The conference is split into themes of Innovation/Industry Disruption, Entrepreneurial Environments, Start Up World in recognition of the areas that are key to start ups. There will also be an exhibition with digitally-enabled start ups showcasing some of the technological entrepreneurship success stories and allowing networking for this key community. Partners who are supporting the event are Braintree, PwC, Kathimerini, Toyota and MAD TV. The organisers from CEL have been actively promoting entrepreneurship in Cyprus over the last few years. As part of a wider effort to spur innovation, creativity and technological entrepreneurship in Cyprus, CEL launched the first major technology and startup event, Hack Cyprus, in Cyprus back in September 2013. They also organised the first ever hackathon in Cyprus also in 2012, which brought over 80 people together for a 32-hour marathon coding session and was the driving force behind Code Schools which are now operating on the island, encouraging school children to embrace technology and coding skills which will be vital in future job opportunities.
