Apr 17, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- According to an SEC filing, SpiderCloud Wireless, Inc., a US-based designer and developer of wireless technologies and enterprise radio access network (E-RAN) platforms for mobile operators, has raised $29.45 million out of a planned $36.63 million in equity offering.
