SpeechCycle and Jingle Networks Partner to Transform Contact Centers into Profit Centers
Mar 06, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) --
SpeechCycle and Jingle Networks have announced a new partnership to empower contact center leadership to embed contextually relevant sponsored messaging within the caller experience, thereby monetizing contact center interactions while rewarding customer loyalty.
Under the terms of the partnership, the companies said that Jingle Networks, creators of 1-800-Free411, a directory assistance service, and SpeechCycle, a rich phone applications provider, will provide interoperability between SpeechCycle's RPA OnDemand Platform-as-a-Service and the JingleConnect audio advertising network.
"We are pleased to partner with SpeechCycle to deliver compelling, contextually relevant up-sell and cross-sell messaging; customer loyalty rewards, partner coupons, and opt-in advertising into the caller experience of SpeechCycle-powered voice applications," said John Roswech, president of Jingle Networks. "We are confident that our alliance can drive new customer service application innovation that will contribute to transforming the contact center into the new profit center."
"Today's contact center leadership is faced with daunting challenges, including reducing costs while simultaneously improving the customer experience and driving customer loyalty," said Joseph E. Bentzel, chief marketing officer of SpeechCycle Inc. "By providing seamless interoperability between the JingleConnect network and our RPA OnDemand application platform, we are enabling the first wave of the sponsored contact center revolution in the age of voice search, and empowering enterprise contact center leadership to generate new opportunities for revenue."
