South Africa : XDSL to upgrade fibre broadband customers to dedicated internet connectivity [TendersInfo (India)]


(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) South Africa's XDSL will be upgrading all its fibre broadband customers to dedicated internet connectivity.

XDSL's dedicated Internet 1:1 Fibre Service is available across the nation. Its fibre network is available in the three major metropolitan areas and most towns in South Africa.

XDSL leverages the fibre networks of key national and international carrier providers, to include Dark Fibre Africa and Telkom. It has capacity on the WACS Cable, SAT 3, and Seacom having a Points of Presence in nine data centres, from where it offers full time monitoring and management of client networks.



XDSL provides 25Mbps, 50Mbps, and 100Mbps fibre broadband uncapped, unshaped, uncontended and completely scalable.
