SIBC news director, Walter Nalangu confirmed to PACNEWS that two vehicles, including a RAMSI police patrol car had been torched by angry members of the public who opposed the appointment of Snyder Rini. * "Things are getting out of control here in the city. Outside parliament a vehicle was burnt and a RAMSI (Regional Assistance Mission in Solomon Islands) car was also torched," Mr Nalangu said. * Mr Rini was elected in a closed session of parliament this morning in a close tussle with Joseph Dudley Tausinga.
