Server 2.0, a complete solution for XML data collection through intelligent
XSL-FO forms, including form management and versioning, together with an
SQL database for storage and data transfer.
With 602XML Form Server,
any organization can collect data
through electronic forms in a standard structured format that provides a
unified environment with reduced data collection cost. Using the
royalty-free 602XML Designer Express and 602XML Filler, easily create forms
and gather 100% valid XML data from any Windows PC. Collected data is
stored in the included SQL database with complete full-text search
capabilities, providing easy access through a web browser, ODBC or data
export to CSV. Data can be archived immediately or it can wait to be
approved by a manager who will make sure the data is correct providing any
organization full control over the process.
Effortlessly convert your existing physical forms into intelligent
electronic 602XML forms using the included Print2Form print driver. Convert
your forms or documents from any application (e.g. Microsoft Word) and use
602XML Designer Express to add form elements. Once the form is created you
can easily add it to the 602XML Form Server and start collecting data.
602XML Form Server automatically creates database objects, manages form
versions, and controls user access. Anonymous data collection and
collection for named users is supported. Forms are based on the part of the
XSL specification that specifies how XML data should be presented on-screen
or in which graphical format it should be printed. The XSL:FO format is
fully compliant with the XML standard. Forms can be preloaded and filled
out in 602XML Filler which ensures data validity, offline filling, and
provides e-mail or HTTP data submission. Tablet PCs are also supported for
a complete mobile experience.
