'Smile starts offering Asterisk open source VoIP system'

(DMeurope Via Acquire Media NewsEdge)
French IT integrator Smile has started offering a VoIP package to SMEs
and very small businesses based on the Asterisk open source telephony
engine. Asterisk's features include click to call, support for CRM and
ERP systems, ease of use thanks to the FreePBX interface, and
MySQL-based report generation. The software is installed on a client's
server to which is added an extension card to enable interconnection
with the traditional switched network to call outside the company's
internal network, explains Smile's system & networks manager Nicolas

Bouthors.
