Shares of Cypress Sharpridge Investments Rank the Lowest in Terms of PEG Ratio in the Mortgage REITs Industry (CYS, CIM, CMO, IVR, HTS)

PEG is valuable in assessing the tradeoff between the price of a stock and expected growth. Generally, the lower the PEG, the better.



Cypress Sharpridge Investments ranks lowest with a a PEG ratio of 0.51. Chimera Investment is next with a a PEG ratio of 1.18. Capstead Mortgage ranks third lowest with a a PEG ratio of 1.22.

Invesco Mortgage Capital follows with a a PEG ratio of 1.78, and Hatteras Financial rounds out the bottom five with a a PEG ratio of 1.99.
