A new video will be released monthly and features Lefebvre, GLOBAL Cutlery USA's official brand ambassador, sharing various tips and tricks using his favorite GLOBAL knives.

In the second video, "Confidence & Knife Skills," Lefebvre explains how to properly hold a knife for precision and comfort.  Lefebvre says, "the knife is your friend in the kitchen.  With a good knife, you get both speed and accuracy that can take your cooking to the next level!"
