SCRA Technology Ventures Announces Investment


CHARLESTON, S.C. --(Business Wire)--

SCRA Technology Ventures' SC Launch today announced an investment in Moondog Animation Studio. The Charleston-based studio creates, fabricates and distributes top-quality computer generated animation content appealing to both adults and children. This is the first round of SC Launch funding for the company.

Moondog Animation is starting development of their first feature film which will bring over 150 highly technical jobs to South Carolina. They are partnering with Clemson University's Digital Design program to hire recent graduates.

Moondog Animation's CEO Bryan Ransom stated, "We are excited to be a part of the SC Launch program and look forward to increasing high-tech jobs in Charleston."
