SBT Announces the Acquisition of Quixit

PALO ALTO, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Scientific Brain Training ("SBT"), based in Lyon, France, today has announced that it has acquired all of the outstanding shares of privately held Quixit, Inc. SBT was previously a minority shareholder of Quixit. Effective today, Quixit will be renamed HAPPYneuron, Inc.

Quixit is a distributor of HappyNeuron-branded casual online games developed specifically for cognitive training. The games are designed to be played online in 5-10 minutes each, with the assistance of software that acts like a personal coach. These games are developed to focus on training specific cognitive functions such as memory.

"We look forward to building on the strong base that has been developed for HappyNeuron online casual games in the U.S. We believe that there is great potential for growth," said Michel Noir, CEO and founder of SBT.

"SBT originally developed the HappyNeuron online casual games so it is fitting that they are acquiring Quixit," said Sheryle Bolton, founder and CEO of Quixit, Inc.

"I am excited about the market opportunities for HappyNeuron games in the United States," added Michel Noir, who will also serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the newly-named HAPPYneuron, Inc.
