Russian Federation : VIMPELCOM drops national roaming in 3 regions [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Russian mobile operator Vimpelcom, operating under the Beeline brand, has announced drop in national roaming in three regions: Tyumen, Yugra and Yamal-Nenets. According to the operator, under the new 'Open Communication Borders' option, calculation of rates for all on-net calls, are being done as local within the three regions.
