RingCube and MXI Security partner to deliver a virtual desktop on the hardware-encrypted Stealth MXP Biometric USB Drive

(Telecomworldwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge)
RingCube Technologies, a provider of virtual workspaces, and MXI
Security, a supplier of secure portable data systems, have teamed up to
produce a secure portable workspace environment.

The MXI Stealth MXP Biometric USB drive with RingCube's MojoPac
Enterprise virtual desktop solution installed effectively allows users
to carry their PC around with them on a small format external USB hard
disk and plug it in to any PC, anywhere in the world and have instant
access to their own desktop, applications and data.

The Stealth drive is equipped with a biometric fingerprint reader
which, when activated by an authorised user, grants immediate access to
the virtualised workspace. Additional protection for the owner's data
comes in the form of hardware-based AES encryption on the drive. Use of

the system on non-managed machines leaves no footprint on those
machines so security cannot be compromised.

RingCube provide an Administrator Server allowing corporate IT
departments to create, deploy and manage virtual workspaces for
employees.
