Right strategy, but how long will it take to execute?

James Warburton, the Ten Network's new CEO, has announced a change in strategy. The free-to-air TV group will rely less on proven but monolithic audience ratings winners like the "MasterChef" reality TV show, and instead feature a larger number of new shows during the year to restore its advertising market share. Ten may sell its Eye Corp outdoor advertising business.
