(OTCBB:MKHD), an educational software development, sales and training company offering proprietary learning products and training services worldwide, is pleased to announce the execution of a revenue sharing sales agreement with the Hebei Normal University, College of Foreign Languages.



In May 2010, Mount Knowledge Inc. and Hebei Normal University, College of Foreign Languages (the "University") signed a three year revenue sharing sales agreement for the marketing and sale of Mount Knowledge products and services at the University. Under the terms of the agreement, the University has agreed to establish a classroom teaching program using the Syntality learning system combined with Knowledge Generator and Examatar software training.

The agreement is a result of various pilot programs and product tests conducted over a two year period at the University. The products were tested by University teachers and students to evaluate product performance with respect to product receptiveness, simplicity of use and effectiveness. The test programs were conducted under the close supervision of Dr. Li Zhengshuan, Dean of the College of Foreign Languages in Shijiazhuang, the Capital City of Hebei Province.
