Reflexis Gets a Top Ranking in RIS News Software LeaderBoard

For the seventh year in a row, retailers have rated Reflexis above all other workforce management software companies in numerous customer service categories in the annual RIS News Software LeaderBoard.
In addition to being rated in the top 10 overall in more than 20 breakout customer satisfaction categories in this year's report, Reflexis received the No. 1 ranking for Targeted Solution Vendor, a category that factors in company revenue, product offering, and customer satisfaction.
"The RIS News Software LeaderBoard is a highly regarded report that many have called the Oscars of the retail industry because retailers get to rate all of their software providers on a head to head basis," said Joe Skorupa, Group Editor-in-Chief of RIS News.
