Redknee Solutions Inc. Announces Resignation of Director

TORONTO, March 14, 2017 /CNW/ - Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX: RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, today announced changes to its Board of Directors (the "Board"). Effective immediately, Lucas Skoczkowski has resigned from the Board of Directors.

Redknee's Board will now be comprised of Demetrios Anaipakos, Scott Brighton, Chris Helling, Christy Jones, Andrew Price, and FarhanThawar.
