Red Bend Software to Present Android Manufacturer Opportunities for Over-the-Air (OTA) Software Updating at World of Tablets, a CTIA 2013 Partner Event

Daniel Miller, Red Bend's Senior Product Marketing Manager, will participate on a panel titled, "Tablet Monetization, Business and Revenue Models - What Will Consumers Pay For " Miller will present how OTA software updating enables low-cost Android tablets to stay competitive with name-brand tablets through: 1) Faster time to market because devices can be updated out of the box; 2) Satisfied consumers who expect to have the latest Android version no matter the tablet price point; and 3) Lower support costs by ensuring software maintenance and performance.

The fourth annual World of Tablets will bring together developers and industry thought leaders to explore the future of tablet interaction.

Also at CTIA 2013, Red Bend's TRUE™ Solution for BYOD has been named a finalist in CTIA's annual Emerging Technology (E-Tech) Awards competition. Winners will be announced May 22.
