has been named director of sales and marketing for Alpine Motorsports Club, Saylorsburg, Monroe County.

In her new position, Carrodo-Bowers will oversee several sales aspects and media coordination.

A resident of Reading, Carrodo-Bowers worked in the same capacity for the Sovereign Center and Sovereign Performing Arts Center.

Carrodo-Bowers received a bachelor's degree is business administration from Lehigh University, Bethlehem.

Mary Seip has been named director of advancement for Berks County Senior Citizens Council Inc., 40 N. Ninth St.

In her new position, Seip will oversee organizational fundraising, special events and donor cultivation.

A resident of Kutztown, Seip was director of database management and direct mail for Diakon Lutheran Services, Allentown.

Seip is attending Reading Area Community College.

Dr. Timothy Arnott has been named lifestyle-medicine physician at Adventist WholeHealth Lifestyle Center, Wyomissing.

In his new position, Arnott also will be host of Vibrant Life's Life Talk radio, and serve as an adjunct assistant professor for the department of preventive medicine at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Loma Linda, Calif.

A resident of Cumru Township, Arnott was lifestyle-medicine physician at Lifestyle Centers of America in Oklahoma.

He is author of the book "Dr. Arnott's 24 Realistic Ways To Improve Your Health."

Arnott received a doctorate in medicine from Loma Linda School of Medicine.

James Eschbach has been promoted to director of parts and service operations at Freddie Fisher's Hoover Chevrolet, Wernersville.

In his new position, Eschbach will oversee the service, repair and parts departments.

A resident of West Reading, Eschbach was Internet sales manager.

Allen J. Kardoley has been named vice president and trust adviser for Wachovia Trust, 600 Penn St.

In his new position, Kardoley will be responsible for client services and fiduciary administration.

A resident of Exeter Township, Kardoley was a financial adviser with Wachovia Securities, 600 Penn St.

Kardoley received a bachelor's degree in finance from Villanova University, Villanova, Delaware County.

Charles W. Holt has been named general manager of Logistics Co. of Four Seasons Produce Inc., Ephrata.

In his new position, Holt will head the newly formed company.

A resident of Hershey, Holt was director of sales and operations planning at The Hershey Co.

Holt received a bachelor's degree in business logistics along with a master's degree from Penn State University.
