RDA Microelectronics to Announce First Quarter 2012 Financial Results on May 3, 2012

SHANGHAI, China, Apr 12, 2012 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- RDA Microelectronics (Nasdaq:RDA) ("RDA Microelectronics" or the "Company"), a fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops and markets Radio Frequency (RF) and mixed-signal semiconductors for cellular, connectivity and broadcast applications, today announced it will release its first quarter 2012 financial results on Thursday, May 3, 2012, before the market opens. Following the press release, Vincent Tai, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Lily Dong, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call at 8:00 a.m. EDT (8:00 p.m. in Shanghai, China) to discuss the Company's financial results.
