PrescribeWellness, the cloud-based services company whose mission is to inspire collaboration for better health, announced the launch of PrescribeMedicare its newest software tool for community pharmacists.

"Our partnership with PrescribeWellness continues to provide innovative, efficient tools to meet our network's goals. Their newest product, PrescribeMedicare, will serve as a valuable resource for our pharmacies' patients during open enrollment of Medicare Plan choices for 2016."

We've helped with training, marketing and software tools," said Michelle Gilliam, Director of Health Mart Marketing for McKesson. Their software makes it easier for pharmacies to improve customer loyalty, generate additional pharmacy revenue and provide extended services via the appointment-based model. PrescribeWellness solutions have been proven to improve a patient's adherence to their medication and the pharmacy's ratings in various performance measures.
