Platinum Luxury Auctions Launches New Website and Brand Identity As Staff Grows


MIAMI, March 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- After experiencing significant growth in 2014, Platinum Luxury Auctions, a firm specializing in the auction sale of multimillion-dollar properties, has announced plans for continued growth in 2015, including the launch of a refined brand identity and a sensational new website. Benefiting from the success of year-over-year revenue growth of nearly 40% in 2014, the firm has plans to introduce its proprietary luxury auctionSM model in newer markets – both in the United States and abroad - throughout the year.

In mid-2014, Platinum retained a new design and brand strategist to begin retooling the look and feel of its promotional materials, while keeping the firm on the leading edge of design and technology. "We are constantly receiving positive feedback from clients and partner brokerages about our refined yet forward-thinking approach to the luxury real estate auction process, and our executive team felt it was important to further enhance our brand image to fully reflect that aspect of our business," stated Trayor Lesnock, Platinum's President and Founder.

Developing a new website was an important part of that process, noted Mr. Lesnock. The new site features larger photos and richly enhanced videos, allowing prospective buyers to truly visualize all aspects of each luxurious property offering. In addition, the "fully responsive" framework of the site allows users to enjoy an optimal viewing experience whether they are visiting the site from their desktop computer, iPhone, or tablet device.

Platinum's Vice President of Operations, David Enriquez, also hinted that the firm's latest design and tech advancements don't stop with the new website. "We also have something special in the works that will really create separation between Platinum and the remainder of the auctionindustry. It's designed to cater to the increasing mobility of our client base and their growing comfort level with technology. We're almost ready to launch," he added.



To be sure, the use of technology is playing an ever-important role in Platinum's luxury auction efforts. To closeout 2014, the firm conducted a "virtual auction" in order to sell an oceanfront estate on the island of St Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, creating a live bidding room that streamed a dedicated audio/video feed to each bidder. The $9 million sale set an all-time residential record price for the entire island, surpassing the previous record by more than $3 million.

In addition to investing in its technology assets, Platinum continues to add personnel to its pool of talent.
