Partner Communications Announces That S&P Maalot Reported the Removal of the Company's Rating from Creditwatch and the Reaffirmation of the Company's 'ilAA-' Credit Rating, Negative Outlook

that Standard & Poor's Maalot ("S&P Maalot"),
reported that it has removed the Company's rating from CreditWatch with
negative implications and reaffirmed the company's 'ilAA-' credit
rating, negative outlook.
