OnePlus 2 Gets Q2/Q3 2015 Release, Might Be Smaller Than One [Mobile 88 Online (Malaysia)]

(Mobile 88 Online (Malaysia) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The OnePlus One will probably go down as one of the most intriguing smartphones of the year.  With its winning "high specs, low price" combo, it generated quite a buzz that few phones manage to do. Will the One be just a one-hit wonder that will slowly fade away in the years to come? Nope, we'll be seeing more of OnePlus in the near future, that's for sure. During a recently-held Reddit AMAA (Ask Me Almost Anything) session featuring Carl and David from OnePlus, they were asked whether the yet-to-be-released Android L will be powering the next OnePlus phone and they replied by mentioning that the Android L would be a standard by Q2/Q3 2015, when the "OnePlus 2" should be out already.

Furthermore, they also addressed the size issue of the One, in which many found the 5.5-inch display form factor to be too large for comfort. It is something that OnePlus is aware of and they are contemplating a smaller device to fulfill the wishes of their users.

So, chances are we will be seeing a smaller OnePlus 2 or OnePlus Two hitting the market at the second half of 2015! See also: OnePlus is about to officially enter the Malaysian market Source (c) 88 Mobile.com 2014. All rights reserved. Provided by SyndiGate Media Inc. (Syndigate.info).
