Office of Fair Trading release petrol reportJan 30, 2013 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Responding to the Office of Fair Trading report that the petrol market is working well, Friends of the Earth's Head of Campaigns Andrew Pendleton said: "Cash-strapped motorists are understandably concerned about rising petrol prices, but until we end our cars' dependency on oil we'll all continue to pay a high price at the pumps. "The Government and the motor industry must accelerate the production of electric and fuel efficient vehicles. "Ministers must also do more to provide decent alternatives to driving, such as better public transport and safer cycling."
