Prior to joining LifeCare, Archer served as a senior vice president for LHC Group, a leading national provider of post-acute care services with 350 locations across 29 states. He holds a bachelor's degree in human physiology from Louisiana's Northwestern State University and a master's degree in business administration from Louisiana State University.
