Noted Security Industry Technologist Sam Curry Joins Arbor Networks as Chief Technology & Security Officer

Arbor Networks, Inc., a leading provider of DDoS and advanced threat protection solutions for enterprise and service provider networks, today announced the appointment of highly respected industry technologist, Sam Curry, to the newly created position of Chief Technology & Security Officer. In this role, Sam will lead the development and implementation of Arbor's product strategy and innovation roadmap.

Sam's career has focused on the intersection of deep technology and solving customer problems. He joins Arbor from MicroStrategy (News - Alert) where he was Senior Vice President of Information Security and Chief Information Security Officer. Previously, Sam held a number of significant roles at RSA, including Chief Technology Officer for Identity and Data Protection. Sam also held a number of senior roles at McAfee and Computer Associates (News - Alert), among other companies.
