Nokia renews strategic partnership agreement with China PTACMar 30, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Nokia has renewed its strategic partnership agreement with China PTAC Communication Service, a mobile phone distributor. China PTAC is expected to purchase mobile devices valued at more than $1.76 billion from Nokia in 2009.
