NGT Introduces Digital Voice Agent Program(Wireless News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) New Global Telecom (NGT), a provider of wholesale hosted and trunk-based VoIP solutions, announced the official launch of its Digital Voice Agent Program. The NGT Digital Voice Partner Program makes NGT's carrier-class VoIP services available to agents for the first time. In April, NGT stated it became the first certified, Microsoft recommended service provider offering industry-standard SIP (session initiation protocol) phone services that works seamlessly with Microsoft Response Point. Since then, NGT has added hundreds of partners who are trained and actively selling NGT Digital Voice services as a means to achieve monthly recurring commissions. "Our goal is to make it easy for agents to do business with NGT. To that end, we provide simple contracts and commission structures along with a proven VoIP service that addresses the needs of small businesses," said John Guillaume, senior vice president, product marketing at NGT. "NGT has the market experience and reputation for delivering a complete service solution to meet the needs of small businesses," said Richard Sprague, senior director, Microsoft Response Point. "Our VAR community appreciates NGT's simple monthly recurring revenue model and the opportunity to offer Digital Voice service on Response Point phone systems." The agent-friendly program has no contractual commitments, no fees, no exclusivity requirements and a commission structure. NGT provides agents a simple online sign up, access to NGT's Channel Resource Center which contains downloadable product, sales and marketing materials, both live and recorded training, and simple online ordering through NGT's Service Management Center. "NGT has been very professional and responsive which is exactly what we are looking for in a good partner," said Eric Rieger, WEBIT Services in Illinois. "We're excited to get going in the VoIP services market selling NGT Digital Voice."
