NFP Subsidiary, Financial Architects Partners, Promotes Three Senior Executives

Financial Architects Partners, a Boston-based national life insurance planning firm and NFP subsidiary, has promoted three senior members to reflect its growth, ambitions and increased service offerings.

Brigette DiNicola and Tracy Fitzsimmons will assume the roles of Co-Chief Operating Officers, and John Gilmartin has been named Chief Technology Officer.

"We are proud of the accomplishments of Brigette, Tracy and John and look forward to further maximizing their knowledge and experience," David Carroll, CEO of Financial Architects Partners, commented. "As partners of this firm, they have been invaluable contributors to our success and growth."

Since joining Financial Architects Partners in 2001, Ms. DiNicola has assumed a significant role within the firm, most notably developing and maintaining effective company processes. She manages the administrative function, and more recently, new business and insurance portfolio management.

Mr. Fitzsimmons joined the Financial Architects Partners' team in 2002. He has more than 20 years of experience in life insurance, portfolio evaluation and design. Fitzsimmons works closely with producers, advisors, and clients to develop insurance planning models to help maximize wealth preservation and overall insurance portfolio performance. His unique skills allow him to communicate complex estate planning concepts in a simple and concise manner.

"Brigette and Tracy have been a powerhouse team at Financial Architects Partners and leaders in the insurance industry for years. Their combined skill sets running all aspects of our insurance operations will help us further refine our capabilities," said Carroll.

M. Gilmartin joined Financial Architects Partners in 2000 after spending seven years with John Hancock. He has been involved with the design and implementation of many tools and processes that promote an efficient organization while upholding the highest best practice standards. Additionally, Mr. Gilmartin is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with some of the nation's top tier insurance carriers, ensuring they understand Financial Architects Partners' unique business model and the clients it represents.

President, Dave Freeley, commented, "We are confident John will take Financial Architects Partners' technology platform to the next level." As one of the industry leading technology and reporting systems, Financial Architects Partners already allows them to proactively manage over $10 billion of life insurance as of July 1, 2014.
