"Everyone around the world wants the latest tech products and we're growing our global footprint to meet this vast customer demand," said Danny Lee, Newegg's CEO. "Millions of customers in our established markets shop Newegg for great prices on the best tech products. Today we're excited about building a similar rapport with new customers in the additional countries we're now serving."

Residents of the new countries Newegg will soon sell into will have access to one of the world's best selections of tech merchandise and content. International customers shopping Newegg will be identified via their IP addresses and will be automatically directed to the appropriate country-specific Newegg storefront. A pull-down menu also gives customers the option of self-selecting their country of choice. The country-specific sites will remain in English during this beta phase, however Newegg's international customers will have access to native-language Customer Support. The company will offer telephone support in 10 languages, with plans to expand multi-lingual support as customer needs dictate. Foreign language chat support will also be available in a subset of these languages, with the ability to transfer directly to telephone support when a particular language is not offered via Newegg's chat support platform.

Newegg's expanding global operation is not only for customers, but also Newegg's sellers who will benefit greatly from the company's international reach, giving them access to new customers around the world. Newegg's global operation gives sellers a complete line of services to operate on the international stage, including shipping and customer service to any country or combination of countries in which Newegg operates.
