Neurogen Auditors Add Going Concern Qualification To 10K

added a "going concern" qualification to their opinion in the company's
2007 financial statements included in Neurogen's annual report on Form
10-K.
Auditors add a going concern qualification when they are concerned that
the company, based on its financials, lacks the ability to continue to
meet its obligations for the following year.
Branford, Connecticut-based Neurogen is a drug discovery and
development company with clinical programs in insomnia, Parkinson's
disease, restless legs syndrome, pain, anxiety, and schizophrenia.
The company focuses its small molecule drug discovery efforts on
specialist care indications with unmet medical need.
